Established in 1992, the Canadian Coalition of Women in Engineering, Science, Trades and Technology (CCWESTT) is a voluntary, non-profit national coalition of individual members and groups from across the country who advocate for a diverse and inclusive Canadian Science, Engineering, Trades and Technology (SETT) workforce.

CCWESTT was in need of a logo refresh to bring in more creative potential for the overall brand, while retaining existing brand equity for the organization.
With the maple leaf at the core of the previous logo, it was key that throughout the design process it remained prominent. The biggest change for this new logo was the addition of a bright and versatile colour palette, which can extend to social, print, and digital assets with ease and accessibility.
French and bilingual logos were also an important piece of the process, as CCWESTT is present within English and French speaking Canada. Allowing the logo to flex and adapt to the language needed further cements the organization as that which is truly pan-Canadian.
